*Please note you are registering for the Performance Review only. You have acknowledged that you have completed the Instructional Phase and have been working on the Deliberate Practice Phase for 10 weeks. All coaches must be registered for the Performance Review through the Digiatl Coaching Center, DCC. Please register for the same course name in Affinity and in the DCC.
Weekday Times: Monday through Thursday 6-9pm Saturday Times: 9-4pm
Participants are required to attend all classroom and field sessions for completion of course. Candidates have attended the Instructional phase and have completed their Deliberate Practice Phase sessions & self reflections.
All participants are encouraged participate in field sessions. It is recommended that all participants be in good physical condition.

Coaches must hold and ‘E’ License for at least 6 months and have completed the Instructional Phase to be eligible to register for the USSF ‘D’ Performance Review. ‘E’ Waivers are not accepted for admittance to the USSF ‘D’ Course
