Blast Soccer Club Tryouts
Tryouts for all ages from 2009 - 2002 Birth year (10 - 18) boys will take place Tuesday, May 28th and Wednesday 29th.
6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday tryouts will take place at Churchill Jr. High.
Wednesday tryouts will take place at Wasatch Jr. High.
Online tryout fee is $10 plus convenience fee, and on site tryout registration fee is $15.
All players receive an A4 training shirt.
All players need to come prepared with water, cleats, and shinguards.

INSTRUCTIONS
LOG IN: Enter your UYSA username and password. If you do not remember your username and password, click "Forgot Username/Password". If you do not have a UYSA account, click "Create New Account."
STEP 1 - Add Family Member: Add your new player or if your player is already there, click "Continue"
STEP 2 - Register Event: Click the "Register" Button next to your player's name.
STEP 3 - Accept ELA: Click "Agree and Continue".
STEP 4 - Make Payment: Enter your payment info.
STEP 5 - Print Receipt.
